Answering the official phone, forwarding messages, and calendar meeting management for CEOs.
Maintaining a clean reception and entrance area.
Monitoring and ordering office supplies.
Assisting with various tasks throughout the company as needed.
Recording all incoming and outgoing invoices accurately and in detail.
Reconciling invoices and payments regularly.
Responding to employee requests regarding company equipment.
Updating the company's equipment database daily.
Following procedures and regulations regarding invoices and taking responsibility for relationships with third parties and external contractors.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
